My average calorie burn has been around 2500 per day for many weeks..The last two days suddenly I'm seeing 7000+ I wish were true, but truely not
My HR log is normal so it's not wearing the watch wrongly, so what should I try? I love my Blaze...well up to now..HELP!!

It's worth checking that your profile settings (height, weight etc) haven't accidentally changed as this would directly impact the calorie calculations

I'm wondering if Strava sync is the part of the issue..is Fitbit some how doubling up activity from Strava..I've also disconnected the auto functions in Fitbit Steps and all other auto recognition as I think I'm getting wrong readings through the auto recognition...as well as coupled with Strava.
