i have been trying to update my Blaze fitbit, it is less than a year old and i have used it pretty consistantly until November.  It sat in the charging station until the New Years bug hit me and I wanted to get back at it again.  I pluged the charger in, and the symbol lit up... but that is all that is happening.. the battery seems to have charged up but I am not sure how long it keeps the charge... I cannot use the buttons to restart it, they do not seem to be functioning at alll... is there help?

Huh, that's pretty strange @amykowalski.

Since you can not even restart your tracker I would recommend getting in touch with the Support Team. They will be able to take a look and see what is going on and they will also be happy to help you out with this.

Let me know if you need any more help after contacting them!

You're not the only one. I only just bought a Blaze today, and following the downloading of mandatory updates to the device it's ceased all function aside from the fitbit logo upon restarting. Incredibly confused and worried that a good chunk of money has been flushed away if this is irrepairable, but customer support has been contacted, and any response of help will be noted and posted here.
