Blaze sync issue with iOS version 10.2

The newest update won't load and my clock won't update from EST to MST even though settings are correct

Hey there @CandyMontana! Good to see you in the Community! 🙂

 

I've heard some users had problems with syncing after upgrading to the iOS 10.2 version. I can recommend going to the bluetooth settings on your phone, choose the Blaze, tap on "Forget this device". Then, go to the Account section in the app, choose Set up a new device, follow the on screen instructions as if you were replacing your Blaze with a new device and after that, it should sync without any problem.

 

Try that out and let me know how it goes!
