Blaze only working on cradle

The only time my display will come on is when it is in the charger. I have tried restarting it by pressing the left and bottom right buttons for 10-15 seconds and it still does not work. While in the charger it shows it is 100% charged and my phone can sync to it. Once I take it out of the charging cradle.... nada.
