I've had my Blaze for a long time (almost two years) and it has never malfunctioned this bad. when I try to charge it (if I can without it overheating) then I get two hours of battery life on average. Every other time, it overheats. I've been through all the help articles and forums, and nothing has helped. I also sent the support team a help request, and the quality of support is still as bad as all the other articles say. I really thought the Blaze was a good watch, and I don't really want to give it up, but I might have to. Please send solutions!
