Hello,
I use OverCast (iOS) to play podcasts. The title of the podcast currently playing on the phone is displayed properly in the Blaze screen, and I'm able to pause it, FF, and RWD. However, once I pause it, the icon stays in the "pause shape", and I cannot re-start the podcast. I had a similar problem before when I used InstaCast, but the inverse happened: I could only start/play podcasts, the button would always be in "play" mode, but I was never able to pause it.
Has anyone reported such issue?
Thank you,
Gustavo

Hey there @GustavoSudre. Glad to see you in the Community!
I haven't really heard of anything like this. I would recommend trying with other players as your music on your phone directly or other apps as Spotify or Deezer to see if the same happens.
Let me know how it goes!

That's what I thought @GustavoSudre... It seems it's something related to those apps directly so yeah, the best move here would be to get in touch with OverCast developers for further assistance.
Anything else you may need, let me know! 🙂

I'm having the same issue with Overcast. Annoying but Overcast is so much better than Apple's podcast player that I can deal with it.

@SeattleSUP does the reqular Apple music player pause and continue properly?
It could be a bug in Overcast. On Android I tried a player and found that every time I pause the Blaze seemed to disconnect from the app, if letting and then going back to the music screen, the song could not be displayed.
Yes not much info to give just a little bit on what I've experienced.

Appears to be an Overcast bug. All other music players seem to work. Annoying since Overcast is light years better than the Apple app.
