Blaze physical damage

I brought a Fitbit Blaze in December 2016. It fell and the screen cracked! I called customer services to see if there was a repair center they told me no! It's seems that a company as big as Fitbit should have a place for items to be repaired!

That doesn't mean there's no service after sale... any battery, syncing or manufacturer issue does get service if it is under warranty

I'm not asking for anything FREE or anything covered by the warranty. I feel there should be some sort of repair center! A place to send off the Fitbit to get fix for a fee! Fitbit is large company this product should not be so fragile with no place to get it repaired.

That has not been my experience at all. The  Blaze is my 4th device sent I started using Fitbit years ago. The only reason this is my 4th device is because I've upgraded. The old ones I've given to friends or family members and those devices are all still working. I've called them for situations that were my fault and they've sent me a new device. Can't imagine how your Blaze got damage from falling or being dropped. I'm not very careful with mine and it seems very durable. I highly recommend Fitbit BECAUSE of the customer service and the durability of the product line.

Regarding to your Blaze screen inconvenience, I recommend taking a look at our warranty policy. Have you get in touch again with our support team or just that one time?

Hope to hear from you soon. Woman Happy

I just called one time. I understand the warranty no one is disputing it!!! I contacted them only once. They offered for me to buy another Fitbit blaze. Why would I waste money on another Fitbit if there is no service for repairs? I was told on the phone that the screen is made of gorilla glass. Well it's fell 3 feet down and the screen cracked. I feel that it should be been more durable. Anyway I offer to pay a fee to get it repaired. I'm not trying to anything for free!

I think they don't offer the same customer service to every customer from what I am reading.  I just chatted with customer care and I was offered a 25% discount for a new watch versus repair or replace.  Not sure why not all customers are treated the same.  Very disappointed in the customer service and the ease in which this watch cracks. Seems to me a fitness watch should be durable as you wear it to do just about everything.
