I've been having issues with my Blaze tracker counting extra floors when I'm stationary, or barely active. I've contacted customer service twice about it and troubleshooting did not fix the issue. I'm told that there is no service center, which is absurd. I was offered a discount from select (old models) trackers as the only solution.

A warm welcome to the Community @AurA8419.
Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. Could you please be more specific and tell me which troubleshoot have you tried so far?
Keep in mind that your Blaze may give you credit for extra floors for a variety of reasons. Occasionally your tracker may detect pressure changes unrelated to elevation gains, such as a gust of wind, weather change, or opening a door. Exposure to excess moisture can also result in extra floors being counted. This happens if the pathway to the altimeter on the back of your tracker becomes temporarily blocked with sweat or water.
Hope to hear from you soon. ![]()
