Blaze screen and battery issues

I updated my Blaze device today and it hasn’t been working properly at all since the sync. The screen went black but still tracked my steps. Now, it won’t charge. None of these problems occurred until I updated the device through the app. I did restart it several times. Please help!

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. I would like to know if you keep having issues with your Blaze? If you do, I recommend taking a look at this post and follow the instructions provided there. Also, is your tracker illuminating at the moment of placing it into the cradle?
