My month old blaze's screen is blank which flashes briefly a slightly brighter shade, green lights at the back are off but it is fully charged. I have tried restarting as per all the suggestions (holding down left and right buttons) and occasionaly this works but as soon as I put it back on my wrist and use it for a bit the screen goes blank. I have let the battery run itself dry and recharged which it then worked briefly but the same issue as before then occurs.
The other issue is I bought it at Heathrow duty free and live in South Africa, so its not practical to take it back there. That would be a bit of a costly return to retailer if I had to fly to London for a fitbit
Any suggestions??
