Blaze screen corrupted

My screen all the sudden today started flashing. It’s grey and just keeps flashing! I read some of the solutions but I’m having trouble trying to shut down and restart mine.

I called the customer service number and they helped me resolve the problem.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. Please make sure these are the steps you followed in order to restart your tracker:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

 

Also, if you can provide me with a screenshot of your display would be great.

I am not able to shut down? Have tried every button on Fitbit Blaze. Not sure what to do.
