Blaze screen cracked when sleeping with it.

I bought my wife a blaze not even a week ago for an anniversary present. She loved it. Anyways she has gone to sleep with it since I gave it to her well this morning 4 days after getting it the screen is cracked! I just spent over 199.99 dollars plus tax for an item that just breaks while using it as it was designed to do. I bought this because of many friends telling us how great fitbit is. Now my wife has a cracked screen and the blaze isn't responding like it use to with a good screen. What can I do to get help or can I just replace the screen. We are both very disappointed especially spending that much money to find out the blaze screen just cracks so easily.

Any success getting a replacement. This happened to me after a week of having it and all they offered was a 25% off coupon. They're crazy if they think i am dropping 200 dollars on a watch that cracks while using it for an intended purpose. I am looking into an Apple watch or a Garmin now.
