I have purchased the Flex loved it, then purchased the Charge HR and loved that one as well. I decided to upgrade to a Blaze about a month ago. I had been wearing the Blaze for about two weeks and yesterday I was playing with my daughter on the ground and managed to crack the screen. I didn't realize that the glass was so thin, I literally just bumped it on the ground. My phone has been abused a lot more than what happened to my Blaze.
At any rate, Fitbit support offered a 25% discount on a new one. Why would I spend an additional $150 on a product that cracks this easily? Being a device that's worn on the wrist, it's going to get bumped around. I would be willing to spend a few bucks to have it repaired, but, not $150. I love this product, but, the lack of durability has me seriously doubting I would ever buy another Fitbit...

Has anyone else run into this problem? If, so what was your end result.

My blaze has taken some major hits, but has held strong. Where did you purchase it at? If you got an extended protection plan, accidental damage might be covered. I know it would be with the one I purchased from Best Buy.
