I got a new blaze about five weeks ago, put a screen protector on it (even though it is gorilla glass), and started using and enjoying it. Today I put on my watch after a shower and all was well, sat down to work at the computer, and looked at my watch and it has a big Crack running from the bottom left corner up through the screen. I don't remember knocking into anything, but there it is. I called customer support, and they offered me 25% off a future puchase. Nice of them, but what do I do with that? I have an expensive cracked watch - would I now buy another if it is so fragile? Any suggestions?

It's great to welcome you @Jdard and weird to hear that a Blaze screen can get damaged that easily, please take a look at our warranty policy.
Also, keep in mind that you can use that 25% discount to purchase any of our trackers, which is why I recommend checking this page where you can compare our trackers and take a look at the one that calls your attention.
See you around.

I agree - it is weird! Disappointing too. I'm less than 45 days in, but the warranty policy says that the item cannot have any damage, and this one has a cracked screen (which is why I want or return it).
And I appreciate your suggestion of another tracker; I'm admittedly hesitant to spend more money given how quickly and easily my first item broke. What if I now spend more and only find similar breakage and inability to return it? Kind of stuck.
