Blaze screen flickering.

My Fitbit Blaze (a year old) screen has started to flicker, so you can't really read it. It seems to be calculating the stats correctly. I was thinking of turning it off to re-boot it, but don't know how. Any ideas gratefully received.

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.
