Wondering if there is a way to keep the screen lit on the Blaze longer than 15 seconds.

At the moment there isn't a way to change the screen timeout. However, I did find this feature request that you may wish to vote for:

I couldn't agree more with our friend @SteveH. Please take a look at the Ability to Edit How Long Blaze Screen Stays Illuminated request, vote for it and leave your comment. I hope this can be implemented soon.
