Blaze screen is blank

My Fitbit Blaze started vibrating during a workout. I couldn't look at it to see why. After class, the screen was black. HR lights not working. "Looking" is continuous when opening the app.

 

I tried the reset but it won't turn on or sync. Is it shot completely?

Welcome to the Forums @Megrohr, thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself.

 

Is your tracker illuminating at the moment of placing it into the cradle? If you haven't put your tracker to charge, I recommend trying this and the instructions provided in this post. Also, please confirm these are the steps you did to restart your Blaze:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
