Syncing problem

Hi

 

This morning I went to sync my blaze and it goes through the process but wouldn’t sync everything. I tried turning off Bluetooth and on again. I also turned the watch off. Any other ideas to help please? It’s an Android phone I’m trying to sync it with

I had to turn off the WiFi and do the same steps you did to get my S8 Plus to sync. Hope that helps.

If your tracker isn't syncing, I recommend taking a look at the Having trouble syncing? post and follow the instructions provided there. After those steps, your tracker should sync properly.
