Blaze screen not coming up

The screen display has disappeared. It was working then suddenly only blank screen. 

It was syncing, but I thought a reset might help, so I removed the blaze. However, now I can't reconnect it, as the code can't be seen. 

Seems to be working (vibrates when reset, code request), but screen stays empty, though does seem to have a backlight.

Hi @Raesblaze!

 

This exact problem happend to me when I had a Charge HR. The screen stopped working but it was tracking all my stats perfectly! I contacted Fitbit Support via Chat. They gave me a replacement, however I cannot guarantee that you will receive one too.

Thanks. I've contacted Fitbit support via email. 

I agree, I believe it's a faulty screen, everything else seems to be working ok. Only a few months old so still within warranty period.
