My fit bit screen is blank. isnt showing anything. is it cracked?

Have you tried a restart?

Do it at least 3 times.

hey.. i tried to restart it 3 times.

 

the screens comes and goes.. the fit bit logo doesnt come. in the fitbit app it shows device found and asks for the 4 digit code but i cant see the digits on the fitbit watch.

has the screen cracked or is it something else?
