Blaze screen twitching

Hard to describe. Whenever the screen is on, it twitches between stationary and transitioning between slides, so it's flickering left and right. Also, when it's in the transitioning state, there are some dead pixels on the bottom right. Is there a way to fix this or is this damage to the hardware?
