Blaze screen

My blaze is less than a week old. It has been working great until today. I looked down and my screen was flashing pink and blue. I have tried resetting it manually by pressing both the buttons on the right side. Please help me!!! What do I do????

Is it possible that you met your daily goal and it was just flashing in celebration?

 

There are different Blaze faces, could it be the one you're using is that color?

 

Is this still happening?

 

Restarting the device is usually a cure for most things.

No I did not meet the daily goal. It won't reset. I have tried everything
the forum has said to do.

The buttons you used to reset are not the correct ones. It should be the left and bottom right as described in this article:

Give it a few tries as it doesn't always work.

Yes, I am pressing the correct buttons. The left button and the lower right
buttons are what I am pressing. I have tried several times

Then it probably is time to contact Fitbit, the link can be found in the top right, click on the settings gear, or through the app, go to help.
