Blaze setup help

Hi. I'm already using a surge and I'm trying to add new blaze to the app. While the app has identified the device and setup is complete with number validation but the device screen is still showing the set up message. I have restarted my phone, unpaired devices, nothing has helped. Tried restarting the Blaze but that's not happening for some odd reason. Pls suggest what should I do or check to ensure I can move forward from the setup message on the blaze for it to start tracking.

I'd recommend restarting your Bluetooth, @Tt0118. Your phone and tracker as well, since it won't hurt to do it.

 

Afterwards, please try this process once more, and let us know how it goes.

I tried all of them.
Still not working.
Especially when charging the screen was "today 's logo " all the times and
the battery looked like near runout.

I just got my Blaze today--and I'm having the SAME issue. I can't get it to connect via bluetooth or by computer...getting extremely frustrated!

This explains replacement. My Blaze is my first Fitbit. No dongle supplied and setup with Windows 7 laptop not working.

It looks like kidding me I used my computer download an app but it showed
me no internet connection .
Now I am thinking use garmin hr instead of it.

As for restarting tge phone and computer,  it is possable of a hardware lockup,  this would require a complete shutdown/turn on and not just a restart. Unfortunately ocaisionaly with Android, and a lot more frequently with Windows I need to turn them completely of to get printers or Fitbit to connect.

Hello, I initially had the same setup woes for my blaze. I uninstalled the Fitbit app from my Samsung Note then reinstalled it. I then logged in with my Fitbit profile for the blaze which was previously entered and the firmware was updated and set-up completed after about 10 minutes.

Hi,
After waiting for about an hour for firmware to update during set up, I uninstalled the fitbit app from my phone and then re-installed. 
Open the reinstalled app and add the blaze again. It should allow you to log in with your previously created log in.
The set up process will start again. Takes about 10 minutes.
Note: I DID NOT unsync or delete the blaze from my Bluetooth profile on the phone.

I can't get past the fitbit.com/setup screen on the Blaze. What the hell? Nothing works. Touch screen right/left/up/down. Comes back to that screen.

YES!! That's exactly where I am at. "Getting the latest version", yet the screen roles left to right but nada happens! WTH??? How long is this supposed to take? Maybe the app is secretly tracking our rising blood pressures...

I had a bit of issues with setup (iphone hanging right near the end), but all is fine now. So that's the good news... 

 

The HR tracking is way off, and inconsistent. Like, 30 BPM faster than my actual HR, and that's at rest. I can't even imagine how wild the results will be when I'm exercising. Likely going to return the unit tonight.

Recently purchased Fitbit blaze, i charged it for many hours downloaded fitbit app on my phone S7 but for some reason blaze is reject paring with cell phone, on fit blaze display i can only see fitbit logo and fitbit.com.setup need someone to help me Thanks.
