My Blaze showing errorneous data. It shows Max HR around 160-170 during gym sessions..normal about 90. thats like insane for a 31 year old.
Sometimes its not connecting with the phone GPS.
Tried all reset options. and now it seems the telephonic customer service option has also been stopped!
Can i get the device replaced from FITBIT?
Regards from India

Hi there @shiladitya. Great to see you in the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂
If you notice that your heart rate seems to be high, you can try giving your tracker a restart. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.
Also, I would recommend keeping an eye on the heart rate patterns for previous days. If you notice that the heart rate increased all of a sudden, it could be something with the tracker but if you notice a steady slow increase, you might want to check with your physician. Fitbit trackers are not meant to be medical devices but you can sure get an idea of your health from them, so it would be good if you could confirm that just to discard any other thing.
Hope that the restart works and if you're still having problems with your Blaze, let me know and I'll be happy to help you out!
