Hi Everyone 🙂

I bought a Fitbit Blaze today from my friend who kindly set it up for me. She unpaired herself from the Fitbit and no longer has an account on it. I have noticed that despite only setting up the app today and creating an account, the Fitbit has recorded steps, calories etc. from yesterday?

 

I'm not sure how that's even possible? It's also tracked at 10 am today, despite me not receiving the Fitbit until after 1 pm. I can't seem to reset it so that everything goes back to zero.

 

Any help appreciated.

Hey @JulesMacDrools, a warm welcome to the Community.

 

It's weird to hear that your Blaze is showing information before you set it up. Have you tried to log out from the app and log back in? If you haven't, I recommend trying this. After this, check your previous information.
