How can I get installable software for my blaze on CD? I bought an open box on ebay. The thing works but it doesn't do anything except show an image. I tried to sync it. The screen said it would take 5 or 10 minutes. It took an hour. Then it quit before completing. It just disappeared. It was about 90 or 95% done. The actual watch had a red figure in the screen and it went back to showing an image but not a clock or anything else. So I'd like to get a CD with the software if I can. How do I do that?

Software for the Blaze isn't available on CD, it's only available via download through one of the Fitbit apps on whatever platform you chhoose to use.
