My Blaze sporadically misses close to 100 steps at a time throughout each day. I have reset it (left and lower right button) and have synced it countless times but the issue persists. Is there a chat or email where I can contact Fitbit to discuss returning my Blaze? I love everything about it except of course the poor step count. I owned the Surge since it came out and it was perfect but I purchased the Blaze because it had most of the same features, just revamped. Now I feel like I might need to go back to another tracker.

It's great to welcome you @bky and thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. Are you manually logging any type of activity that might be taken away some of your steps? If you are, I recommend deleting those activities and see if your steps go back to normal.
