I just got this yesterday. I don't need the company posting another "how to directions on this topic" It is not working, fix it or the blaze it going to be returned and I'll let everyone know this product does not do what it says. This is the reason I purchased it !!! To view messages so I don't have to dig the phone from my pocket while running. Message or Message plus does not matter, it does not work in either message setting.

If you are not receiving notifications on your Blaze, I recommend following @MarreFitbit's instructions in the My tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android Fitbit app) post and check our list of compatible mobile devices to see if your phone is listed.
