Is my Fitbit Blaze exaggerating

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

It is being a while since I start using blaze ,I exercise regularly and eat healthy food .My sleep pattern is around 6 hrs on weekdays and 8-9 hrs on weekend .Most of the time my calorie Burn reading  is between 3500 cals  to 4300 cals. According to  fitbit blaze reading I am supposed to drop weight at least 1/2 pound every week but I didn't see any weight lose at all.

Is my fitbit blaze reading exaggerating my calorie burn and is there any solution to reset blaze to give me accurate reading ?

Thanks

I can't answer that, are you also monitoring your food intake?

It is important to eat less calories then burnt. Also weigh at the same time of the day, since it is not uncommon for the bodies weight to vary up to 5 lbs throughout a single day.

Another thing that would help is to connect your Fitbit account with h Www.trendweight.com this sight will chart a graph of the weight trend changes, ignoring the everyday fluctuations. This sight requires weighing everyday and takes a week it two before a useful graph appears.
