Blaze steps amount not being accurate

I noticed yesterday that my steps we're not recording. I would step in place 20 and it would register any steps, I also tried moving 20 and it registered 2. This is the worse time this could happen as I'm In a challenge at work. I have restarted it and no change... any suggestions? I'm so disappointed

A warm welcome to the Forums @Rvoegelin.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. If your tracker isn't being accurate, I recommend doing the following:

1. Put your device on your wrist.

2. Walk 100 steps, making sure to count a step each time one of your feet hits the ground.

3. Pause, then check your device to see your step count.

If your device counted more or less than 100 steps, restart the device and try the step test again.

Hope to hear from you soon. Smiley Happy

Hi!

Hey you resolved the issue you had. I found the same issue yesterday and today. My phone has recorders 3955 steps for today while my fitbit blaze has only recorded 1526.

I've tried resetting it and then using it but still not tracking properly.
