Blaze still not syncing

I have a galaxy s8 plus. I did the update for both my phone and fitbit. The blaze still will not sync correctly and I cannot receive notifications. I'm really disappointed that I have this $200 device and it won't work correctly. And yes...ive done all the troubleshooting and called Fitbit about the issues.

Having the same issue, using a different phone, but the same issue, all was working perfectly until a few weeks ago.

I am also having the same issue, which has been ongoing for weeks now. My Blaze is not syncing with any of my devices. I have tried syncing to my phone (Note 4), my Kindle, and my home computer with no luck. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, shutdown and restarted the Fitbit, removed all bluetooth devices and paired again... I think it's strange it will pair to my phone and PC but won't sync. I'm afraid to remove the Fitbit from my account completely, as we had done that with my husband's Fitbit Surge and were never able to set it back up (we ended up calling Fitbit customer service and they are sending a replacement). I would just keep wearing my Fitbit, but even the time is incorrect (by 48 minutes) and I cannot change it manually without syncing!! Arrgg. So frustrating!!!
