I have a blaze followed all the instructions re account settings and notifications and it won’t receive them. No options in the app can get what’s app etc but not messenger which I use more can anyone explain why not thanks

If you're receiving WhatsApp notifications among with other, please make sure that your Fitbit app is updated to latest version. If you recently updated to iOS 13, you may have to adjust some settings on your iPhone or iPad. For more information, see: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?
