My fitbit stopped tracking stairs on Saturday. I tried restarting it, and it still is not working.

It's great to see you around @Meghan1980 and thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. In this case, I recommend restarting your Blaze a couple of times more and after this test it.

To restart is to press the two buttons simultaneously for 10 seconds, right?
