My blaze was synching then suddenly stopped.  I tried to reinstall but nothing has worked.

I'm not sure what has been tried. @Leea7189, reinstalling the app might work if the app was outdated, but updating would be fine.

Try these steps.

First think Fitbit has a troubleshooting guide.

Restart tracker instructions in guide.

Restart phone

Remove the tracker from the phones Bluetooth

Clear the Fitbit app cache.

Clear unneeded apps from memory.

Try both WiFi and cell data.

Kill Fitbit app using the phones setting, swiping out of memory will not work.

It's great to see you around @Leea7189, thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself and @Rich_Laue for stopping by.

If you are having issues syncing your tracker, I recommend taking a look at the Having trouble syncing? post and follow the instructions provided there.

I hope this helps, let me know how it goes. Woman Happy
