@Gizjones uninstalling the app won't fix it. Try
Restart trscker
Restsrt phone
Remover the tracker from the phones Bluetooth settings, not the app.
Clear the Fitbit apps cache
Force kill the Fitbit app.
I usually try a sync after each one.
Sometimes even after it has shown they it hasn't synced, rebooting the phone then updates and stayed synced 10 minutes ago. Or something close.
