Blaze stopped vibrating

Hi Blaze has stopped vibrating. The alerts etc still come through on the screen but I'm not getting the vibrate notification. Same with my alarms, vibrate does not come on to wake me up but the screen shows the alarm. How do I fix this?

It's great to see you around @Mdarken. Have you tried to restart your Blaze? If you haven't, I recommend following these steps to restart it:

 

  1. Press and hold the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

 

After these steps, set an alarm and see if it vibrates.

Yes have reset tracker but still no fix.
