Blaze stopped working after update

Hello all, and thanks for reading.

Well, when I first did the update my Blaze was slow to respond and the heart rate was wildly inaccurate.

Now today my step tracker completely stopped working!!

I've restarted quite a few times and also shut it down a few times and still nothing. But, the heart rate is working perfectly now. I just read to add as a new device and I did, still not working. I also read to reinstall the app, but I just got an aria two days ago and it was a real deal to get that thing set up! So I really don't want to go that route. I can't participate in my first weekend warrior challenge!!

Any suggestions?

Great to see you around @BREAKING_YO-YO and thanks for troubleshooting this issues by yourself.

First, I am glad to hear that your heart rate inconvenience has been resolved. Now about your other issues, could you please be more specific about the inconveniences you are having? The Blaze stopped working how, it is not turning on, it is not charging or syncing?

Hope to hear from you soon. Woman Happy

Hello, the issue was that my step tracker stopped working, completely.

Then it went to not tracking steps, but would add them a few mins later.

The issue seems to have resolved it self.

Step tracker just isn't sensitive as before and seems to only want to keep exact steps when walking long distances.

And, I won my first weekend warrior challenge!

I did notice when I push my jogging stroller, it stops tracking.

I haven't had the time to look into that, yet.

Thanks again for your time

Thanks for the information @BREAKING_YO-YO. I am glad to hear that your steps issue has been resolved and that you have already received your first challenge invitation, that will help you to stay active, keep it up. Now about the stroller, I recommend taking a look at this post, where our friend @SteveH is providing more information about it.

See you around. Woman Wink
