Fitbit Blaze freezes when tracking a run

I'm having problems with my fitbit blaze. Several mornings a week I go out and do a 4 mile run. When I get close to the mile mark my fitbit freezes and shuts down. This has happened about 4 or 5 times now. This results in me having to turn it back on and re-connect it to my phone while running and start recording again. (I run with my phone for better accuracy) When I've finished running I sync to my phone and then get 2 run recordings. I for about 1 mile and another for about 2.7 miles as I don't want to stop running while trying to sort my fitbit out.

Anyone else get problems tracking runs?

I've tried resetting but the problem continues.

Any help would be appreciated.
