Blaze not keeping charge

I am having an issue with my Blaze I bought in January. It charges fully, then within 6 hours is completely drained. Is there any help I can get to how to fix this? Or do I need to request a replacement. How do you contact customer service? Is there an email address?

It's great to see you around @RachMBlaze. If you are having issues with your Blaze battery life, I recommend taking a look at this post and follow the instructions provided there. About our support team, I would like to know if you have already contacted them?
