My Blaze has suddenly stopped working. It either just shows the diamond Fitbit logo or shows the clock face, but won’t charge. I’ve tried the resetting using the left and lower right buttons. It’s gradually been lasting shorter and shorter periods before it’s finally given up. I use it for work to control music in gym studios and am desperate to find a solution!

Ie asn done exactly the same and now is dead flat and will not charge

I’ve managed to get a replacement via the online chat. Didn’t realise you could do that. Amazing service
