Blaze stops after running for 1k

Without fail my Blaze will stop after I have been running for 1k. I have to make sure I keep looking at it so that I can set it to 'run' again. It just stops and the fitbit icon appears as if it has restarted. When I set it to 'run' after that it will stay recording it until I stop it. Anyone got ideas? Thanks.

Huh, that sounds pretty strange @Ella-h. I've not really heard of any known problem with the details you provide, but I can probably suggest giving your Blaze a restart and see if this makes any difference.

You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot. After that, keep an eye on your tracker the next time you go for a run and see if this helps.

Hi, thank you but I did try that before my last run. I have set my laps to 5k now rather than 1k just in case that was significant in any way but that's my last idea.
