Blaze stuck in step mode

My Fitbit Blaze is stuck in steps mode. It is counting my steps etc but I can't change the screen to watch mode or any other mode. It also will not sync to my IPhone.

Might be a daft question...but have you got the Blaze in the frame the correct way?

@ljritter17  Have you tried restarting your Blaze?  Press and hold the left button and the lower right button  until you see the Fitbit Logo.  Then release buttons.....

Even though I charged it yesterday I put it on the charger and it fixed itself. Thank you for your suggestions

Have tried resetting  it changes to notification screen fir a second then  gets stuck again on step
