Not receiving progress notifications

The notifications on this page haven’t updated since June last year. Below is the last one as I say from June 2019. Any ideas why

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and the details that were shared in your post, seems odd that you're not receiving notifications about your progress. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using? In the meantime I receive your answer, please try the following steps:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the operating system version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.

I have done as you suggested but it is still the same. I am using iPhone 8
with 13.3.1. I was using a Sony Z3 before and it was the same on that.
