Blaze stuck on Fitbit logo

My Fitbit Blaze is stuck on the Fitbit logo which won't clear. Beside showing the logo am not able to do anything else. Not able to move it off the screen and doesn't register its charging. Can anyone help?

Can you do a restart?

Do it at least 3 times.
