Blaze stuck on Fitbit logo

My Blaze is stuck on the fitbit logo.  The logo stays on until the charge runs down.  It won’t swipe up down or sideways.  I tried a reset (left and bottom right buttons) but it flashes after ten seconds but doesn’t respond in any other way.  I allowed its charge to run out but the problem is still there after recharging.

Good luck! I Have the same issue and after two days or messaging with support team, i was just told  there's no solution! To get a new one because it's dead! After only two years..
