I'm sorry to hear that the display on your Blaze is not working 😕

Since you've already tried to restart your tracker and this has not made any difference, I've gone ahead and escalated your case to the Support Team for them to help you out with this. Please keep an eye on your inbox for more instructions and if you have more questions, let me know!

Hi this is the second time I’m having this problem also. I bought this Fitbit at the end of February and it was replaced laser mint because it was stuck on the logo screen. Now less than a month later having the same problem with the replacement!! Very frustrating. Hard reset not working.

Hey I’m having a similar problem. My blaze screen has been looking... glitchy? I have reset it multiple times and the first few times it seemed to be stuck on a glitched out version of the blue diamond screen then it showed the regular blue diamond screen once, after I reset it but it wouldn’t go off of the screen so I reset it again (several times actually) and now it is back to the glitched out version of the blue diamond screen.

My blaze got stuck on start screen and just kept restarting.  I tried downloading fitbit app to update and also reset the watch, both didn't work.  I then called customer service and they were not able to fix.  Since my watch is over a year old (15 months), they were unwilling to replace and offered me 25% off a new one.  I'll take a hard pass and just buy a cheaper watch that will work longer than a year.  Reading through a lot of forums, this seems to be a common area.  I would really recommend evaluating other products before buying a FitBit.

I haven't had it a month so I  should be good.  It has been escalated and I am just waiting to hear from support.

Same issue for last couple of days

After working out and sweating Blaze is stuck on logo screen and won't reset.

HR lights have been either stuck always on or always off.

At times the back of the unit is uncomfortably warm and I've had to remove it.

I have to let the power drain down and then charge it at which point it works until I sweat again.

At this point battery last less than 24 hours.

HR pulses as normal but not working .  Blaze displays '--bpm'

I chatted with support (Stephanie) and was supposed to be receiving an email with shipping label to have Blaze analyzed but never got it.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Bob

Add me to the list.  At first I noticed my Blaze was losing its charge quickly.  The next thing I know it was stuck on the icon.  I very gently cleaned both it and the cradle with alcohol and q-tips.  That helped for about an hour. Then it would randomly come back on, but hours behind the actual time.  I reset it, and it worked for a few hours.  It once again got stuck on the icon, then it said the battery was dead.  I have tried everything, and am beyond frustrated.  I emailed Customer Support, but I think they must be stuck on the icon too because I have not received a response from them.

You can add another Blaze to this fault.

Blaze has been losing time and getting stuck all in its own displaying the Fitbit icon/today screen, totally unresponsive to buttons or screen.

place in charger or leave it off wrist for a time and returns to click face.

wornnovernight and had lost 4 minutes out of sync with correct time and did not register any sleep.

As I type it has done it again, stuck on blue diamond screen.

ihave restarted the Fitbit and clearly made no difference.

if you can help, Fitbit is only 6 months old.

Best solution, don’t bother with the direct chat, was sitting waiting for a response.

telephone the help line 0800 number, they will check your device history their end and can see if anything appears wrong, if necessary may offer a replacement option, they did with mine or if I had chosen to upgrade a discount off an upgrade device.

I feel your pain. Same thing happened to me with my 16 month old Fitbit Blaze. I was offered the 25% discount but given the fact that it was my second Fitbit product, and that I had purchased units for my wife and daughter, I thought I would be treated a little better.

I have some airline loyalty points that I can use to get a free iWatch. I think I'll go that route instead.

Arrived here last night after my Blaze went to the logo and got stuck there while charging.  Left it to run down overnight (and subsequently turn off) and when put back in the charger it powered back up.  Still on my wrist and working now...
