Blaze stuck on clock/date screen

I hope someone can help!

My Blaze is stuck on the clock/date screen and I can't swipe to anything else on the Fitbit. The heart rate reader has also stopped working, I have tried restarting it several times and charging it but it continues to do this. Thanks guys!

I've heard this happneing to other users before. I can recommend changing the clock face from the app. For this, tap on your tracker at the top of the dashboard. This will take you to the tracker settings. Scroll down to Clock Face and here choose any other different one. Sync your tracker and see if it works fine again after that.

Once the tracker is working again, you can choose the old clock face you had again.

Hello, thank you and thank you for getting in touch!! So... I have left it on charge for a while and I've gone to try this option and the screen isn't showing, it's just black 😞 I tried to reset it again and the HR monitor started flashing but screen still black. I'm very confused, maybe it is broken... what to you think?!

If you have already tried all these things, I think there might be something wrong with the tracker 😕
