Hello everyone,
I have a fitbit blaze. I have the "quick view" option turned off. However, the screen still turns on at random, several times a day. I have hit no buttons accidentally and nothing is touching the screen either. I've looked through this forum, but it seems no one else is having this issue. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
My Blaze is doing the same thing. Hoping we get some answers.

Hello Trina4049,
Thought I'd give you an update. After not getting answers here on the forum, I contacted fitbit customer service. This is the response I got.
We recommend you to restart your Blaze. To restart, please follow these steps:
Press and hold the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
Let go of the buttons.
If your tracker doesn't work normally, use the instructions in How do I turn off my tracker? to turn Blaze off and back on again.
After restarting the Blaze, please observe it your screen turns on randomly. Let us know if you have more questions.
Unfortunately, this has not worked for me. It may be worth trying for you.
I have responded to fitbit explaining that the solution provided hasn't worked. currently waiting for a response.
Best AnswerMy Blaze comes on as often as every ten seconds with a screen saying "Notifications On/Off" and vibrates as well. When I wear it at night, it runs through an entire battery charge doing this, not to mention interfering with sleep.
Best AnswerRestarting my Blaze did not help.
Best AnswerHey there,
Sorry to hear about the trouble you're having with your blaze. I have been in touch with customer service. They have offered to replace my blaze, which I have accepted. I suggest you get in touch with customer service. You may also be eligible for a replacement.
Best AnswerHi Trina,
I've been in touch with customer service and will be getting a replacement. I suggest you do the same. The blaze comes with a 1 year warranty. So it's worth a try.
Good luck
Yes, I have received the same response from Fitbit. They have been very helpful. I'm wondering why Blazes are suddenly having this problem.
