Blaze stuck on logo

So my Blaze is stuck on the fitbit logo and it's flashing about every 10 seconds.  After I tried everything, I called the help line and the lady had me do it all over again.  She then told me I had to video the Blaze with the blinking the logo (???) and email it to them.  She told me to call back after I sent the email.  I did as I was told, but the next lady who answered the phone told me there was nothing she could do because they hadn't received the email yet.  On my email account, it was sent with a video attached.  I am so frustrated!  I bought this just about 6 weeks ago for $200 to replace the HR Charge, because that one fell apart.  I feel like I'm getting the runaround.  Has anyone else had this happen?  What did you do?

I'm guessing that you've already tried this but just in case.....

 

Try restarting your Blaze 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

You should also try this several times as it's known to not always work

If she said they did not receive the email yet, she was not saying that she received the email without the video. 

It might have that
