I have tried restarting my Bluetooth and made sure to have the Bluetooth classic switched on and everything syncs fine but for some reason the time is not syncing correctly. I have the correct timezone but on my Blaze it is still an hour behind.

It's great to have you here @KoriLew! Thanks for the procedure that you've followed. I would like you to try to restart your Blaze and double check you followed this procedure to change your timezone. Also, you may want to change the timezone to a different one and then change it back to your timezone.
